| The team at Burnett Automotive on 135th and Quivira in Overland Park, KS is fantastic! Whether it's routine maintenance or major repairs, their service has been excellent ever since my first visit over nine years ago. Here are just a few key things I appreciate about this shop: 1. They explain clearly what the issues are, potential options, and their honest opinion on how necessary certain repairs are, but there is no pressure to do everything they suggest. If I decide to pass on something for whatever reason, they simply say okay and get to work. 2. While they are working on my car for one issue, if they notice other unrelated issues at the same time, they are great about informing me and giving me the option to have that fixed at the same time. That has saved me an extra trip to the shop numerous times. 3. They always take care of the little things. A couple of times when I have had some major repairs, they noticed a couple of small things, took care of them without asking but didn't charge me. They know how to take care of their customers so they will keep coming back. |
