| I've been a customer at Burnett Automotive for over a year. They've helped me through several issues I've had, and each time they've been upfront about how much the repair will cost and what exactly will need replaced or fixed. On my most recent visit, Jordan stayed over an hour past closing to get and install an extra part for my repair and even went the extra mile to find a slightly cheaper part for me since the overall repair was a more expensive one. Everyone at the shop is super friendly and knowledgeable, and I appreciate their attention to detail and the extra effort they always put in to make my experience great! I highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of a good mechanic! |

| Excellent service! Nicole was great and allowed me to drop off my car early so I could continue my work day. I was sent my video of my full inspection which was very clear and thorough. Professionally informed of my results and provided the quotes I asked for. I've never dealt with such HONEST individuals in the car business.
